Processing and Handling Time

Once an order is placed from our website [https://ayamkucing.com], please allow 1-3 business days for confirmation receipt and  handling time:

• Order received and shipping label created  

• Order preparation 

• Order packed and ready to be shipped

If you have not received an update regarding the status of your order(s) after 3 weeks from the date the order was placed, please  contact us. Order confirmations sent via the email address that was provided.

Below are approximate lead times for packing and dispatch. Please refer to these as estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Orders placed during normal business days: Monday-Friday 

Generally, allow 3-5 days for orders to be processed and dispatched

Orders placed during weekends: Saturday-Sunday

Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday. Please keep in mind that your order(s) may be shipped  out within +2-3 business days, depending on the volume of orders.

Orders placed during upcoming holidays: Public Holidays Observed in Australia

Special circumstances such as public holidays can delay the processing and preparation time, in addition to the transit times for shipping by up to an additional +14 business days.
